The €132 mln EuroMillions jackpot was raffled on Friday night of 29 January 2016. There were two grand-prize winning tickets reported, one bought in France another in Ireland. Each EuroMillions winner was lucky to hit the jackpot winning numbers. The corresponding EuroMillions results are as follows: 1, 5, 23, 29, 32 and the two Star numbers 1 and 7.
The two players hit the full EuroMillions jackpot winning combination including the above-mentioned 5 main and 2 additional numbers. The main prize will be split and each EuroMillions winner will get €66,188,316. The lottery operator also reported 6 2nd and 5 3rd prize winners which will get respectively €408,296.6 and €163,317.4 each.

According to the rules in force in Great Britain, EuroMillions winners have to claim the money personally in 90 days after the draw. This is the fourth largest EuroMillions jackpot won in Ireland after €86,700,000 received in September 2014 by the lottery syndicate from Dublin; €94 mln claimed in July 2013 by the anonymous player and €115 mln scooped in 2005 by Dolores McNamara from Limerick county.
