IrishLotto.com users feedbacks

- I have had certain experience with this agent. I was participating in the Irish Lotto and Powerball draws. There not much bells and whistles on the website, but I actually won a small sum - 10 euro. I asked them how to claim my winnings and they offered me several options. To receive by mail, set a credit to account for future plays, get back on credit/debit card, and so on… I decided to choose the credit card option and to be honest, they sent me an email me and told I would have it on my account within 2 to 5 business days. I got it in my debit account in about three days. I’ve been playing for about two months and at a certain moment I decided to cancel. As you’ve mentioned, there was no clear information on how to do this. I sent them an email and asked to cancel my entry. I received the answer about 40 minutes later with something resembling a standard email stating that my entry has just been canceled and I would not be participating into the draws unless I requested it. Generally, I was satisfied with the customer service. I hope this will help someone.

- To tell the truth, I do not like lottery providers that require a minimum subscription of 4 draws. When I find a new provider, I prefer to start with one draw to see how it goes. I also have a question concerning their payouts – I mean I saw the ‘you will be paid within 48 hours’. How are they going to do this?
